Just looked both are currently at approximately 99% full, with some openings in the coming months. Doesn’t seem like it will drop their occupancy rates much

Re: Three Light
Just checked online looks like there are 107 units available out of 288 total. Approximately 63% leased with two months to go until opening. Three and two beds basically fully leased with much less demand on one beds and studios.

Re: 18th and Vine
Great to see, hopefully more come down there. More foot traffic will really help liven up the area.
Do wish they had a coffee shop jazz type place that side. Or more things to do.

Good to have additional density, but that is incredibly ugly and uninspired

Should’ve made it like an old fashioned tea shop, would’ve been much more unique for KC, comfy, and would be instagrammable

Re: Misc Crossroads News
Was recently able to walk and explore around the crossroads when I visited KC again, and I have to say While the actual building hasn’t been that impressive in the last few years (although certainly nothing to sneeze at) the number of shops and restaurants feels much higher than it used to. Started ...

Mains going to be so much nicer if it’s down to three lanes, will also completely transform it with the extra wide sidewalks and street trees. Currently one of the worst streets to walk in Midtown immediately going to the best

Re: Main & Armour - Mac Properties
Good to hear that the New Yorker renovation is back in the picture. It wasn't mentioned last night like the southwest corner of Armour and Baltimore was. So really, this project's scope potentially grew in scale since it was initially unveiled, only it was split apart. Seems live a much bigger win ...
