Those lights have been on (I posted on Aug 25th). It's very hard to get a good photo because of the street lights.

How many are they adding on? two floors. The top will be shell space for now. The lights on the NE corner were on last night- the "wave" pattern looks great. The street lights make it very hard to get a good picture so go check it out after sundown!

It looks like the giant Sprint ad on the MainMark building is getting replaced. Any news on the Streetcar branding?
