Re: Economy
Does anyone on here know: is the $1016 effective rent number cited in the Berkadia article the median or the mean or something else? Thanks.

Re: Politics
I want to apologize. I was off by two whole months on the date that Trump's thugs would take to the streets. My bad.

Re: Plaza move-ins (ongoing)
Ok, before posting, I know this will generate a lot of hate, but I've always thought the parking lot that Starbucks, The Classic Cup and the Russel Stover store back/backed up to would make a great place for a winter garden or orangerie. It would be nice if the surrounding businesses could have seco...

Re: 5th & Main Southern Corners
I think the "tunnel" would be a real asset if it were lined with retail and restaurants and not just an extension of the parking garage.

It was a piece of urban fabric unique in KC. It's a shame it's gone.

It's in an Opportunity Zone and I believe they weren't going to apply for city incentives.

Immersive historic streetscape app
This app allows/will allow you to walk a street in New York and see buildings from past streetscapes on your phone as you point toward the location where the building stood. Would be fun to have the same for the north loop and River Market. https://untappedcities.com/2020/07/28/new-augmented-reality...

Re: Operation Legend
When the ship sinks, everybody leans. ok, i just had to say that. But it's true, isn't it? And like I said, I hope I've embarrassed the hell out of myself here. I really do. I want to turn out to be just as wild-eyed as the Pizzagate folks. The difference in the situations is that Trump has made it ...

I'm afraid, Mean. I expect election day, voting place provocations to violence by forces put in place by Trump. I will not be surprised if he places a call to paramilitaries to police voting places. Call me crazy.

Re: OFFICIAL: Port Authority Riverfront Project

Less tllled ground equals less erosion and slower speed (due to meand...
