Patty needs to move her decimal point to the right a bit.
Thanks for the tip! I think it was a squarespace glitch. The price was correct in the cart. I retyped it and it seems to be correct now. In appreciation, I will take $35.00 off for you!

Re: South Hyde Park

SHP was really bad about 25 years ago and may still suffer from that reputation, but is very different now. I see single women walking/jogging in Gillham Park alone, even at night, and you would have never see that a generation ago. KCPD has a link to crime maps, where you can search neighborhoods a...

In today's world, using eminent domain for private development is lengthy, costly, unpopular and very unlikely.

The training facilities are the groundfloor. I would imagine that a dog groomer will do extremely well there.

Re: OFFICIAL - KC Star Printing Press

I have always wanted to open up a natural history museum that would have animals that didn't make it onto Noah's ark. A fun contrast to the Creation Museum in KY. This would be a good place for it.

I expect it a portion of the building will be turned into a mini-storage center.
It would be a place to store large printing presses.

Fuck KC Life. When I become mayor, they will all go to jail with no chance for parole. And I will cut down all the trees near their homes.

I hate to see that place go. That said, the Star article indicates that the building had some major issues that were not discovered until the CV19 shutdown so this closure is only indirectly due to CV19.

It's my experience that the only people who understand and/or pay attention to the painted markings are other bikers. If it's not a protected lane, bikers are smarter to take streets with less traffic.
