Re: MISSOURI FOOTBALL!

Great pictures AllThings!!!  Glad to see you're making it down here to CoMo!  I especially like your campus photos and hope you took / will post some more as I think we have a BEAUTIFUL campus... especially this time of year.  Our entire campus is actually a botanic garden .  I've never been to the ...

Re: Tosspot's Gallery Opening - This First Friday

I'll be there directly after happy hour at Sol Cantina! I've got friends, family, and coworkers who all say they're coming, some bringing people along - this could be a big deal for me. That would be me, amongst others... I hand-made posters (while Toss did my work for me) and hung them all over the...

New light-rail plans put federal funding at risk “We could lose that funding,” said Danny Rotert , spokesman for U.S. Rep. This article was in the Raytown Post "...at a regional transit summit held in Raytown last week Funkhouser announced that a different type of commuter rail train would be used.  "We aren't talking about the big freight trains that you normally see," Funkhouser said, "but these wo...

Meeting at First Baptist in Raytown on the 30th... I didn't even know that the Raytown Post had a website until recently.  Good to get some local news down here in Colubmia. Sounds like it's a city leaders meeting not open to the public.  Not sure... anyone know? Also, I'm back.  (Yes, I've been abs...

Re: Boulevard Brewing Co. Tour

I did this tour with my dad last Fathers Day and it was pretty awesome.  You start with a video about the brewery and the companies history, then you take the tour, then you come back to the tasting room and taste away.  They have their year round beers,  their seasonal beer, and like... 3-5 experim...

Re: OFFICIAL - Arena construction

And... as a sidenote; after walking around the arena and literally seeing hundreds of uses of the "official" Sprint Center logo, I'm even more amazed that they chose to put the yellow band-aid up there rather than the much more attractive stylized one used EVERYWHERE else . Couldn't agree...

I do have the business card for the guy that gave us the tour, and I asked if I were to get a group together if he will give special tours and he said yes, as long as there is interest he will do them. I stayed for almost the entire time from 11:00 to 1:30 and I estimate about 100 people came to se...
