Tampa Pursuing a 30,000 seat stadium opening 2028 Haven't they said this every year for the last 30? Tampa just did the big announcement this week. There have been a few stops and starts but the new Mayor is supportive of the efforts this time around. https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url=https%3...

Re: OFFICIAL: Power & Light District

yeah they did 13th and grand a couple weeks ago. Frustrating have to try all these baindaid fixees. Need to change the laws to allow for stronger penalties. Impound a few cars a week after they do it and that will dry up pretty quick. Have seen posts on-line and heard in-person that they street rac...

Re: GO CHIEFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like they basically lifted the stadium on stilts and built water retaining walls since it's on the river and could flood. Definitely not prone to any walkability. Can't imagine all of Arrowhead fans parking in one garage and all being forced through 1 or 2 thirty-foot-wide bridges. That'd be ...

Was it the Calverts garage, or the ones to the south?
1 floor near south had door open. Orange sign on the 2 floor building (can’t read it). Guess is both are going?

Edit:

Ran across the renderings for the new Rams stadium in St Louis. Something like this could be an asset for downtown KC if we could figure out how parking/transportation http://stadiumdb.com/pic-projects/st_louis_stadium/st_louis_stadium17.jpg https://i.guim.co.uk/img/media/abed79144ad585c440d10187542...

Re: Main & Armour - Mac Properties

CompassKC got a new upload that includes only letters against. Here's a summary Old Hyde Park Neighborhood Association - Wants more parking because 183 spaces for 450 bedrooms in an area with little parking will cause major congestion and parking issues. The scale is also too large for the neighbor...
