It was one of the largest rastafarian fests on the uncoast in the late 90s then toned down at smaller venues when Liberty Memorial renovated.  It's back home.  Jah rastafarI mon, irhonda tafari.

The sloping lawns of Liberty Memorial are thousands of miles from Montego Bay, but Jamaican vibes will wash through the downtown venue during this two-day celebration of reggae music and island culture. The highlight of the two-day fest will be Sunday performances by Ziggy and Stephen Marley, sons of reggae legend Bob Marley, along with Bunny Wailer, another iconic musician and founding member of The Wailers. The lineup for the city's 17th annual reggae festival will also include Jon Nicholson's signature blend of soul, blues, funk and rock as well as street vendors offering authentic Jamaican cuisine and commodities.

I was interested in the reggae festival at Richard Berkely park but was so disappointed.  Never went because 3 hours after they said it would start they were still setting up barricades.  This one will be major though.
