Born in Detroit. In the not so good part of town. Lived in Independence briefly, then Blue Springs for all of childhood. Moved to Overland Park for high school. Have lived in Columbus, OH, Lawrence, KS, and Washington DC before moving to Roeland Park.

Actually I know a few people I went to high school with who still live in their parent's houses.

I'm glad y'all read and travel and are a fairly broad-minded bunch, because based simply on where you were born and have lived, one could make the judgement that this could be the most narrow-minded group of people in respect to your world view because it seems that most of you have never lived outside of the Midwest/Greater Kansas City Area!
