now now kiddies! We dont need another stadium fight.  Its a done deal, and who cares....by all possible routes, eventually someday every hunk of land will be overdeveloped, so either way we win...pay less now, get the city built around later!  Who cares about location...

the whole baseball stadium shit is overlooking what is to come of sports in our downtown, since thats the whole concern of everything. "if there arent 30+ story buildings behind our center field fence im not going to any games!!!!" who fucking cares. yes itll boost the revenue income but so does a winning ball club, quit lookin in the past and look at whats to come
