Construction activity between 10/11th on Baltimore (old daycare space)

Anybody know what is going on the ground floor of the parking garage in that location. Le Petite day care used to occupy the space....construction crews have been pulling out materials for a couple weeks now. I believe the address is 1020 Baltimore.

I know...and it's bugged me ever since...so much I made this room for questions just like that.

Don't know if it means anything, but the permit says no build back.

Interesting. I searched KIVA and couldn't find that permit. Thanks for finding that.
