Urban Living forum is for residential living discussion.  "what's the best loft for under $200,000?"  "where do you buy groceries?"

whereas "X bldg going condo" or "new 22-story condo tower" is a development issue, and is discussed in the appropriate development forum.  see? 

I think most of the discussion on the Cordish res tower is going on in the Official Power and Light thread.
