22-story condo tower - by Cordish?

If anyone has any info on this, would love to start a thread. I think this would be the premier place to live in the city if P&L goes in as planned.
I am a bit concerned that people who are 30-40 cannot afford condos in buildings such as this. If the Western Auto lofts are garnering 400K for a 2BR place, who on earth would argue that this does not indicate a clear...>CLEAR....supply problem?
Anyhoo, if someone has a design or something, would love to see it.
