According to the Pitch, Sept 23-29 edition, there's a development modeled along the lines of Zona Rosa planned for around 135th and Metcalf.
The Pitch's cover article this week Cruisin' the 'Calf makes mention of it in the second paragraph of the article on page 15.
This is the first I've heard of this, and dare I say, as usual the mainstream media has done a piss poor job of getting the word out about this.
Does anyone have any more information about this new development?
