Are KU alums allowed to fire away mercilessly at MU sports?

Gotcha. I really get ticked when MU alums "delude" themselves into thinking they are KU's rival at basketball. So absurd.

They are KU's rival at football. It's 52-52-9 all time. A RIVALY. Hoops....12 final fours to 0 is no rivalry.

Nobody knows MU hoops exists. So stop pretending they are KU's level.

Well, I did address it in my post, KCP. read it again.

As for football, great for MU...they'll go 8-4 and hit the Insight.com or Holiday Bowl. wow.

if they play in KC for the big 12, i'll be impressed. won't happen.

If we can win a few games on the road, we might have a shot to play in KC. Our road record will determine our fate in KC and/or Bowl Game. Rivalry numbers aside, in terms of program prestige for football, MU takes the cake. When was the last time KU beat Nebraska? So just keep on taking cheap shots at the football team, it is just too bad your team is predicted to finish last or second to last in the Big 12 North. But hey predictions are predictions we will settle the score on November 20 in Columbia and take the 'series' lead.

Well at least you are honest KC Jayhawk. Mizzou is dreaming about football right now and the basketball season...... well we will se what we can muster up in terms of a positive season.

T Temple: The ruling is being appealed. Something about he didnt have enough core classes to be considered elgibile.

Sheez, shouldn't you include some stats from the past 20 years or so?

If that's the case, it's....

Top 10 finishes:
MU 0
KU 1

Well for someone who started the post, Liberty Memorial : Big Dick in the Sky, I am not sure if I even want to argue with you. Since the argument includes my beloved Tigers I will include some stats from the past 20 years.

All Time Bowl appearances:
MU 5
KU 4

Or maybe we could include average attendance from last year when both teams made a bowl:
MU - 52,989
KU - 35,883

I guess some fans care a little bit more about their football program. I will admit you guys have our number in basketball (for right now). As for football, I don't think so. Why don't you stick to entertaining us with more 'Big Dick's in the Sky' posts.

Did I just read someone citing "attendance" in an argument over who's program is better?

Lord.... #-o

I was just posting numbers that proove whose team has more prestige and history among students and alumni. It is obvious KU is and will always be a basketball town. It is nice that in Columbia you have the luxury of enjoying two exciting seasons: basketball and football. Kind of like K-State is and always will be a football team. Get the point?

Oh and I gave you some numbers from the past twenty years, so what is your point?

Wow. Nothing more presigious than an 18-year run of sub-.500 football like Mizzou had from 1982-1998. So prestigious!

You found your basketball season "exciting"? It was a huge flop, and personally, the word "humiliating" is a better adjective.
Oh and I gave you some numbers from the past twenty years, so what is your point?
As did I. It's been a rather bad last 20 years for MU football. 2 bowl games. Hell, even KU has done THAT.

I give up arguing with KU fans, to much ignorance and arrogance. We will see what happens on Nov 21, that way I can give you some current numbers to chew on.

We have actually been to 3 bowl games and yes I know that KU has been to 3 as well. This is just a ridiculous argument.
