I see you uploaded a photo to the photo gallery, just wondering how easy it was to understand? I've never done it, always update via FTP, etc. so I was wondering how straightforward it was to upload a pic.

The system is so-so. You have to create a thumbnail and upload it separately, which can be a bit awkward. The size limits are also a constraint; many programs will use ImageMagick to resize an upload. Didn't get the chance to add comments, either, and I got an error message when I tried uploading to the Transportation gallery.

A good free program to look into is called simply Gallery; ther's no integration with any bulletin board user database (which is why I'm not using it), but it's considered to be one of the best of the bunch out there.

Yeah I HATE having to make a thumbnail....but that was the best one I could find...I'll look up gallery...that sounds like what I want.

Wow, that thing is awesome...took me some massaging to get it to work but man I love it now.....still have to add most of the photos and comments and color schemes but that is the best one I've found...not sure why I didn't find that one in the first place.

Looks like I have to add users, users can't sign up on their own....if you want a username, let me know.
