San Fran Tower Retail??

Crown Center still owns the corner street front space at San Francisco Tower now occupied by Coterie Theatre offices. They are moving out and Crwn Ctr is looking for a new tenant. This spot, with adjacent outdoor courtyard, would be ideal for a small cafe or coffee shop. It would be great to see something that would draw people to the street in this busy urban area....one criticism of CC has been the "closed in" big box feel. Some street life would be a nice change.
