New Landscaping on 71?

Discuss items in the urban core outside of Downtown as described above. Everything in the core including the east side (18th & Vine area), Northeast, Plaza, Westport, Brookside, Valentine, Waldo, 39th street, & the entire midtown area.

New Landscaping on 71?

Are they about to finish the landscaping on Watkins Parkway? I saw a sign but it was posted at the beginning of where the landscaping is already finished. It just drives me nuts when I drive on 71 every day and have to view the end of the landscaping. It would be great if they finished it in a hurry before I am forced to drive my car off a bridge.
