Cascone's...(or is it "Cascognes?")

Is this place ever open? I have walked by it at least a dozen times, at various times of day, down in the River Market area, and I have never seen it open.

Can anyone say anything about it?

At least for breakfast and lunch, but maybe not Sunday-Monday. The most popular time is Saturday morning when the City Market is in season.
