the south leg of this loop is what I'm really excited for. we did talk about this quite a bit in the Tracks thread viewtopic.php?t=20766 but I agree it needs it's own thread for full discussion. Thanks for creating it.

After years of trying to track down the wizard who controls the Railroad ROW, they have officially not agreed to allow use. The southern leg is going to have to be redefined. There is a $1million in funding from the city to help with this. Awaiting details on RFP. There are a few options to make it work, likely moving it to the street grid. Regardless, frustrating...
