Yes. Seems Hy-Vee bailed on this location and plans to build out the large wine & spirits store weren't all that serious.
I'm assuming news of an improved Price Chopper in that location means closing the existing PC store at Vivion/North Oak?

I believe the to existing Price Chopper at Vivian & North Oak will move to this location and something new is planned for the old location.
