This is a 4-story, 220-unit apartment building proposed by EPC and designed by Clover Architects at 1500 Meadow Creek Parkway. Plans call for the existing office building to be integrated into the new building. No formal renderings yet, but plans have elevations.
The Business Journal did a story on this one back at the beginning of the month.
The site sits two blocks south of 75th between State Line and Terrace Street. It's one block west of Ward Parkway.
