Myrtle Street RoW
Myrtle Street RoW
What's the story behind the undeveloped blocks where Myrtle Street would extend, from 33d street south to 37th street? It looks like those blocks were never plotted, just left in their original state back in the 1920s or earlier.

That land was assembled for an unbuilt highway that would have extended south from the Jackson Curve of I-70.

Wow. Think about how many value oriented for-sale row houses could be developed if that street was restored. Sold at a price that east side residents could feasibly afford. Have the city do some type of program to ensure the right people can get financed. That would be a beautiful thing.
