MLK Between Chestnut and College

Discuss items in the urban core outside of Downtown as described above. Everything in the core including the east side (18th & Vine area), Northeast, Plaza, Westport, Brookside, Valentine, Waldo, 39th street, & the entire midtown area.

MLK Between Chestnut and College

Anyone have info on what's happening on MLK Between Chestnut and College? The two churches and strip malls have been torn down. Whole site is clear. Turner construction fencing is up.

There's a February 2022 UR plan on Compass for some 3 story office buildings. Hufft is the architect.

It's going to be mixed use, housing on the south side of the parcel and possibly tearing down the apartments on 49th and Bellefontaine, hopefully to be replaced.
