Typically this builder finished the pool last and offers residents a few $$$$ hundred-thousand deal until those amenities open. Kind of a good deal to test the location out and gets revenue going earlier than waiting for 100% completion. You see the same with Northpoint and some others.

Storefront windows are being installed on the Westport Rd side of the historic portion of the Katz building today. Seems odd since there is no roof...

Things appear to be trucking along. Some siding finishes are up, all the windows are in, etc. No roof over the historic portion, as aforementioned.

Must be trying to figure out the best solution to engineer the structure to support the pool planned for that portion that currently has no roof.
