Does anyone know if there will be third-parties that manage these data centers going up, or if they will be run by Google, Edged Energy, etc. themselves? I am very much interested in applying for some of the IT positions in these locations, but I'm not sure where to apply. Thanks for any information that anyone has!

I believe this is a Google owned and operate data center. There will be Google and contractor rolls. Just look up how the existing Google and Facebook data centers work for guidance.

1,5 million SQFT under roof. How does that compare to Facebook?

That's not correct. Also, Facebook's 1st H- shaped building is slightly bigger than the new KCI terminal.

“Office and future phases” is interesting. Doubt anything exciting instead offices for the centers but one can hope.

Is Hunt Midwest entirely underground? It would be nice to have a Google regional office downtown.

This is all at the above ground warehouse area in the river bottom. Not at the subtropolis development nearby.
There is or was a small Google office on Broadway. Think mostly fiber related.
