What the hell. Last time I was in town, I noticed the relatively new Wendys across 70 was vacant. Why would they build another one so close? So much waste when it comes to retail space in KC area. There is no reason what so ever to be building any new retail in the KC area. So much old space should be repurposed first. There is vacant retail everywhere there.

Their hasen't been any other Retail to open on that Menards property yet.

Yes, it's the other retail that's been announced for the Menards property.

No Pad Sites so far have been Retail places.

It's not my first choice but I can get food for everyone from there which simplifies things greatly.

But i have no idea how you came up with that from pointing out there's a pad site dairy queen open. The mental gymnastics required to go from one to the other is beyond comprehension.

Other than the Quik Trip that predates the Menards.

Forgot about Quik Trip. Their's stil 2 other big lots on property.
