With 2018 coming to a close in another 45 or so days, what developments projects are on the plate for 2019?

Obviously, there are a number of projects that will continue into 2019 like the Loew's hotel and the developments on Hospital Hill but I am wondering what projects will get started next year.

I can think of these:

1. Airport Terminal (I hope)
2. Three Light
3. Hawthorne Plaza Apartments on Main rehab (is this going to happen at all?)
4. Palace Clothing Rehab

-HR Block Tower 2 (Power and Light Office)
-Ultra Luxury Hotel @Kauffman Center

Milhaus' east crossroads project
1800 walnut aka Corrigan station phase 3
Lot @ 18th & cherry sold, may see something proposed?
Something cooking at parking lot at 19th & grand?
Bob Jones property?
Ashland river market project kickoff?
Announcement for 3rd & grand office project?
2nd & Delaware resumed?
Muhlebach/KC club/spec office project
