Matt Abbott will use private funds for the project, at 2102-2151 Locust St. and 2120 Washington Ave., according to city documents. They say the buildings will house offices and retail.
On Thursday, the city of St. Louis' Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority will consider for the project 10 years of tax abatement based on 90 percent of the assessed value of incremental improvements.
