Wouldn’t doubt this project gets a little more motion following WC announcement as well

It was an issue with financing from what I remember with the developer, so likely a lot of paperwork to sort through if new financing has been lined up before there would be site work

All, is the property still vying for a Hyatt banner? ..Does Hyatt remain committed to this?

Also, what is the state of the site now? Guessing a tall fence and partially poured substructure.

This site claims Hyatt House status changed Aug 1 to "Sub Bidding, Construction". Any other sources to validate? Not sure how reliable this site is.

Latest Newmark hotel report claims downtown Hyatt House targets to open Q4/2023, there was no target date in previous report. No idea how accurate this is as it still shows Hotel Bravo with a target date yet is dead...

I'd assume they would need to create new permits to restart work at this point?

This project seems like it should be easy to pull off since it does not require a parking structure. I would bet it still happens.

Stalled Hyatt Hotel Project Revived with New Development Team
The long-stalled Hyatt House hotel project at Ninth and Broadway may have fresh life, with its Colorado developer taking on two partners and asking for a transfer of its tax incentive package to the new team.

Pedersen Development of Boulder is seeking approval of the new development arrangement from the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority. The proposal is scheduled to be considered by the LCRA board next week.
...
The proposed LCRA agreement states that Pedersen has enlisted two partners to the deal, O’Reilly Hospitality Management of Springfield and Lotus Holdings of Kansas City. The team is expected to seek a new development loan and resolve the subcontractor lawsuits.

The new development team is asking the LCRA to transfer the original 15-year property tax abatement, 10 years at 100 percent, five years at 37.5 percent. The project also was granted a sales tax exemption on building materials.

I took these today. The views from the top floor of this place (if they're still doing a rooftop bar) will be nice.

These drone photos give such a good perspective at density and what is left to be developed. Thanks.
