All's good. Having too much Mexican food too late after a crappy day at work and being stressed over too many rapidly approaching deadlines makes one hypersensitive/cranky online.

Lime must be very close to launching as I completed my online training to become a 'Juicer' and will be notified when I can come pick up my chargers. It was a nice KC specific page.

^Are you guys Bird Chargers as well?

Curios that Bird stopped planting morning Nests in River Market over last week. At request of RM? And looks like riders are pretty good about not parking on Plaza. Given red zoning Plaza was supposedly Bird's call, will be interesting to see what Lime does.

Is my Bird app not working or are there really no scooters nearly all downtown and all piled up in midtown to UMKC?

edit: OK, so it looks like they show scooters for just a certain radius now. There are over 200 scooters downtown and over 200 in midtown to Brookside to Rockhurst.

Yeah it's a tight radius now... Bird is definitely trying to up their supply before lime gets going.... Most I've ever seen today... They are everywhere as you walk downtown.

Using a FakeGPS app to set in different areas, looks to be about 500 in city, which is the KCMO limit per operator right?

That was the limit agreed to in their agreement.

Someone I know ran into a Lime tester (not literally) and the tester said Lime launch could still be a couple weeks away. Anyone hear differently?

Are these scooters going to be out of operation in the Winter or just taken away during snow events or extreme cold?

One article I've seen implied they decide on a day to day basis. Unlikely they'll put any out if a snowstorm expected. :)

Bird's interim operating agreement with KCMO states:
Inclement Weather. On days where inclement weather (rain or snow) is anticipated, Company will halt its Shared Active Transportation Operation. On days where snow is anticipated, Company shall remove its Small Vehicles from City right of way. Company shall not hold City liable for damage to Small Vehicles caused by City’s snow removal operations.

One Lime scooter shows up on public Lime mobile app. In front of Xtra Virgin in Xroads. I just sent a 'Welcome Lime' ring to it, haha.
