Glad they saved a few of the larger trees along the street-just hope construction didn’t doom them in the long run.

I like how they've incorporated every facade material available onto one project. Figure out which one people like and then can spread that to the whole structure eventually. Smart.

I wish they would have chilled on the different materials - the Opus Westport project is a much better example. However, I like the density a lot in the area.

44 Washington: Project was 80% leased in January after having opened in May 2020.
The Villas: 8 -3 story villas with 3 beds and 3.5 baths to be completed by this summer. The Villas will have access to 44 Washington amenities.
