I noticed that they were doing work on one of the retail spaces in this building when I looked it up it had Walgreens listed. There aren't any signs outside. Does anyone know if there used to be a Walgreens there or will this be a new feature?

It was a Walgreens Speciality Pharmacy, but didn't know it went out of business.

The drugstore is still there, the retail spaces being finished out are to the north. The Congress apartments are quite nice and much less $$$ than anything DT or Union Hill.
