Did the law change recently about tobacco advertising on billboards?
I noticed this morning that the billboard on Oak between 19th Street and the railroad tracks (street view) now has a tobacco ad on it. And the only reason it caught my eye is that I don't remember having seen a tobacco ad on a billboard in years. I googled it when I got to work from from what I can tell tobacco advertising on billboards has been illegal in Missouri since 1999. Just curious if there had been a new law passed or something that I didn't hear about... I can't seem to find anything.
