That's good. Because just a few weeks ago we were hearing on this board that " you have to stay in south JoCo because muh talent base is there yada yada yada". So I'm glad a tech company like this is going downtown because obv that trend needs to reverse. I wish Zoom's office would've been downtown instead of College blvd too. Same for Creative Planning. There's no reason we should be allocating companies like that outside of downtown. I'm glad atleast one of them is reversing this trend. I mean prospective tenants will likely wait for the more luxurious 3 Light to open.
