I believe 'bad ass' is the term you're looking for.

I think it actually will block the view from the west yard of union station.

Lets riot.

Architecture and density on this project is great. Great mix of modern/industrial that will add character to the locations cityscape.

As excited as I am about the location and exterior of this building, if the website is any indication I think I’m going to be disappointed in the interior. “Modern vinyl plank flooring” is the apartment finish?!

A well designed/built building and poor interior is better than reverse. Interior can easily change over time. But yeah, they'll need decent finishes billing themselves as a luxury building.

How many floors are left to go? I noticed on Friday that the current height is now lined up exactly with the base of Kauffman Center when viewed from the base of Liberty Memorial. I know there's some sort of height restriction rule for anything built between the Memorial and Kauffman but I can't remember what the cutoff is.

Guessing it's getting close to final height unless they plan on raising the crane.

On my run today, it looked like they were erecting the final steel pieces for the top portion (lounge or penthouse)?

That is the shortest 12 floors I've ever seen! I think you guys should count again. They may raise the crane more.

the top thing is supposed to be a lounge with bar, etc.

some of the floor plans look weird as hell, should be interesting to see them in person
