This just downgraded the Loews thing like 20%

I thought Live! was a Cordish thing. Seems cheesy to me. And the developers of a 300 million dollar hotel don't realize what state they are building it in or that downtown KC is on the Missouri side? I will never understand that. KCK will be pleased they are getting a Lowes, but those foot bridges to the convention center will be super long.

This "could" be bad news for Four Light (hotel portion) or it could be good news if Cordish wants to own the entire south side of the skyline.

Does it mean or bring anything or is it just cobranding?

If they want to really take advantage of the economies of scale, they should piggy-back on the glass purchases for those ghost cities that China keeps building. :D

The hotel as pictured does not look all that different from the One light. Shade and type of glass looks very similar.

Here is the Arlington press release which calls out Cordish among other players in the development deal: http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases ... 51450.html

I do find it odd that there wasn't any mention of cordish in the KC hotel but rather the Rag'ers on this site piecing together the mystery

Maybe they bought too much glass so offered it up in exchange for throwing that shitty Live! thing on the hotel?

So potentially a wall of 4 buildings with directionally approximately the same facades in front of downtown skyline. It could be mixed up with completely different designs with entirely different building materials and can only happen if those of us who can see this potential monotony speak up now. But apparently many here are content with whatever is most convenient for the developer (and they'll get away with cookie cutter leaning developments if the public doesn't care). A lot of comments from people who like KC's skyline is that is it very mixed up.

Picture 4th building with potentially same glass/building materials as these 3. Then picture each building looking unique with completely different building material/facades for each.

Please use Imgur, I tried with 2 browsers on my iPhone and still can't see the image because of ads that can't be closed.

^It's not my pic, someone else posted in another thread. The link doesn't work for you either?

I've just posted it somewhere else, if owner of pic doesn't want that I'll take it down, refresh and try again.
