I was/am. Not confirmed, just something I heard from a semi-reliable source, and 3rd hand.
A few inches, leading to cracked concrete and sheetrock and shelving issues.
I know it's lame to spread rumors, and I don't know if it's a rumor any more than I know if it's true!, but I find it curious that the apartments are still unfinished. Opus, Oh puss, Oops.

It's strange that two new apartment projects in that valley have had problems -- the other being the UMKC housing. Did they build on some Native American cemetery?
