Awesome pictures! I've been waiting to see these kinds of shots! The KCPA has definitely added a jewel to our skyline. The crossroads looks more complete now (though, there is much infill to work on!) The Webster house needs two neighbors...one to the north and one to the west to cover those sides of the garage. There is room on each side for a little building. They should have a contest and see who can design the best complements for that high profile site! You could fit two restaurants or stores there.

EXCELLENT pictures. Perfect. I love seeing how is crowns that hill. I truly think it will add much to the city. Now just fill in the Crossroads. Kill the surface parking lots. MAN - the block long lot where the ballet was going to move is crying out for something. I actually think a long building, starting out as two stories at the north end of the block and rising to something like six to eight stories at the south end of the block could be cool.

naah . . . I think they should landscape it heavily - ivy on walls, low ornamental flowering trees and shrubs - structured, formal garden.
Can you imagine if they built the three condo towers at the southern edge of P&L District. That would really help visually connect the CBD and CC.
GRID - Again thanks!! Really great pics. As an aside, do you no longer post on SSP? Your pictures are truly wonderful and show off this fantastic building to advantage.

Great photos. The nighttime entrance picture with the people standing in the doorway and seen in the lobby is probably my favorite.
