This is great news. I shall put my Midtown shirtwaist on the market right now and begin shopping for a New Longview faux-bungalow immediately.

I would wager that the people watching at the Longview McD's will absolutely pale in comparison to the entertaining characters you will encounter at either midtown location.dangerboy wrote: This is great news. Lee’s Summit eateries
Shopping center update: New Longview in Lee’s Summit
McDonald’s plans to open at 3225 S.W. Third St., probably in late summer.
The locally owned Next Door Pizza & Pub recently opened at 3385 S.W. Fascination Drive and will have its grand opening May 6. Along with 1½-pound Chicago-style pizzas, the operation offers a traditional thin crust pizza and a gluten-free option.
Quick bites
•Rumors Steakhouse is scheduled to open in early June in the former Everett’s Restaurant space at 4835 N.E. Lakewood Way, Lee’s Summit. It will serve lunch and dinner, and it will have a covered outdoor bar that will accommodate smokers.
•After 13 years of operation, Han Shin Japanese Steak House has closed in Leawood’s Town Center Plaza. The restaurant’s owners said they hoped to relocate south to 121st Street, near Costco, in two or three months.
•KC Hopps Ltd. updates: The rooftop patio at its O’Dowd’s Little Dublin Irish Ale House & Pub on the Country Club Plaza, 4742 Pennsylvania Ave., has temporarily closed. It will reopen in early May with a retractable awning and plasma TVs. Also, its 75th Street Brewery, 520 W. 75th St., will open its urban beer garden in May.

Where else are you going to find a Tech N9ne themed pizza (or decor...)?
