FWIW Community Groceries is finally "actually" open. Apparently they hit a few road blocks during their first "grand opening" in December, so they had another "grand opening" last week. A little deli counter in the back, tons more selection, and even a spot for a tiny coffee shop from the look of it.
Still had some problems with the checkout process, but it feels a lot more polished than it did a month ago.

Urban Restaurant (new name of Urban Cafe) at Troost and Armour is soft opening soon I believe.

They really did an amazing job at Troost & Armor that area looks way different than just 10 years ago
