WHEW! gettin windy out here folks. classes cancelled. i think im gonna leave for a day or 2. don't know if my comp will be here when i get back though- sposed to be here in like 4 hours or somethin like that.

Take pictures. I was supposed to travel to NC to see the hurricane make landfall but a chasing buddy and I came down w/ a nasty cold. Now I'm watching it on the Weather Channel.

im at a friend's house right now. we're in a cement home in reston which is not real far from DC. we started to get some nasty winds just north of richmond but we're fine now. i bout lost my jacket trying to get into the house though-damn door would hardly come open. well yes i shall take pics when i get back, should be interesting-in wellington apparently a trampoline was thrown into the powerlines.

ok now. finally back on the net. the damage is very light right here in my neighborhood, but the flood damage is BAD. this place was like 4feet under water. i'll have pics up soon.
