There is an article today about building a BBQ museum and it mentions a possible site as the River Market area.

I think this is a great idea and could be done well with not a lot of cash.....no way it should go anywhere else but KC.

That would be great. I find it ironic that the River Market may soon be without a BBQ restaurant. I believe that Winslow's has lost their lease and will be closing down.
