the article did say ground level retail and restaurant but at this point, that's such boilerplate language in any new build/renovation I put no real stock into it.

It's too bad about the switch from the hotel because the lobby was perfect for a hotel. I'm not surprised this was the outcome though.

i wonder how old those photos that KCBJ has are because that building is full of tweakers now. i'm sure they've done a number on that place

Delta Quad Holdings that has owned the bldng since 2014 being sued by a Denver company. The city special use permit needed to obtain building permit for hotel will expire in 3 months. Look for nothing to happen here until the building changes hands.
