Volker neighborhood groups are claiming the three story 'Truman Building' apartments that were supposed to be included in the development as a way to appease neighborhood opposition has not been renewing resident leases and will instead be torn down.

IIRC, that building was to be renovated? Based on the on-going construction and plans, the Milhaus project isnt designed to tie into anything on that site. I maintain its being cleared out for a full renovation, which IIRC, is what was announced before.

Wood framing finally going up at this project. Looking forward to seeing this one sprout up.
