I would definitely support drinking at a speakeasy in the tunnel. :lol:

The owner of the building had them installed I think.
There is no fifth destination.

Yes, they were installed by State Street.  SS said in their tours that they're committed to preserving the history and maintaining the tunnel.  The walking deck is made out of a composite.  They initially used treated wood and that lasted a couple years before needing to be replaced.
