My problem with her speech was that most of her facts and data points were either off or completely wrong.

Yeah the whole they said citizens wouldn't pay for it but parking will go up so they will pay for it so it was a lie was pretty silly.

After seeing Edgemoors cheap and flimsy design there probably won't be much left standing if an F4 ever hits it.

We know demolition begins after Mar 25, 1/3 into the year. It looks like this timeline might have it about a month earlier than it happened.

Traffic rerouting won't be awarded until April. Same with underslab electrical and underground plumbing work. This is on their timeline as happening concurrently with demolition. So we should see temp road rerouting and utility work starting by the end of May. The site should be ready for work around July with visible structure work beginning around October.

Regardless of the exact dates, demolition shouldn't be more than 3-4 months.

Early foundation work began this week - test auger cast piles.

Yeah I saw a huge auger on Sunday and was wondering if that was for early work. Edgmoor Twitter confirmed today.

It went from 35 to 39. They can easily add 3 to get to 42 but 42 has never been the opening target.
