Lane miles vs. route miles vs “number of streets” can vary in # quantity greatly. I do think lane miles is the best way to report this stat. Sounds like we almost hit the 400 lane mile goal the CM tweeted about.Cratedigger wrote: ↑Fri Dec 09, 2022 5:27 pm Lol below image tweeted out by the city today2022: A Year in Review for Kansas City. “I just think it’s kind of maybe a disgruntled employee,” Loar told FOX4 Friday.
You really just want to stir things up.Fountains wrote: ↑Tue Dec 13, 2022 4:40 pm Garbage https://www.kctv5.com/2022/12/13/kansas ... residents/
I too am intrigued, none of these claims have been substantiated yet, I’m still waiting on the Hernandez one to get more info out.Cratedigger wrote: ↑Thu Dec 15, 2022 7:28 pm What happened with the police radios?
I mean I like Platt’s focus on development and the solar farm at the airport, but was there a misappropriation of $7 million?
It’s not like we’re looking past his flaws of stabbing someone in the neck in public, we’re simply saying it’s alright to be skeptical until actual proof of any of these accusations comes to fruition…Fountains wrote: ↑Fri Dec 16, 2022 11:05 amBecause most people aren't like this board of 10 people who are willing to overlook everything just to build cheap apartmentsUMKC Roo wrote: ↑Thu Dec 15, 2022 7:23 pm Jfc. Once again, going after Brian Platt for shit.
“ #Breaking Council Member Katheryn Shields says she will be bringing forth a motion to have City Manager and any staff members involved in a much debated police radio deal disciplined. Loar says will co-sponsor. Dispute involved $7 million after deal was approved last week.”
Why is it everyone’s goal to antagonize this guy

Candidate filing ended today. In addition to the candidates listed above, several more have entered the race in multiple districts. As I did before, I put their name and website.Chris Stritzel wrote: ↑Sun Nov 27, 2022 11:42 pm More candidates have jumped into the race, so I feel like I should make a list of all who is running and where. I tried to include their campaign websites. If I'm missing anyone, let me know. I never realized all council seats are up for election, unless I'm reading it wrong.
Candidates that are bolded are incumbents running for election. Candidates that are italicized and underlined are KCTenants backed candidates. I imagine a few more candidates will jump into the race, but time is running out to do so unless said candidate has exceptional name recognition. They have a little over 5 months to make their case to voters.
These are all based on the Missouri Ethics Commission website.
