That's interesting. I had a feeling that this project wouldn't make it off the ground, since it was an independent developer and I don't think they were asking for any TIFs, but I'm also suprised because over half of them were reserved. It would have made a great addition expanding our skyline from the south and the east. The signs are still up on Broadway as well, we should tear them off the building.
