Not sure of the ins and outs of election laws, but it could be possible for the chef to vote without commiting fraud.  Much like a college student away from home.  Can be registered at home or at college, just not suppose to be registered at both places at the same time.  Same goes for a worker on a temporary job assignment that can go on and on.
As long as there is a valid so-called home residence in the jurisdiction.

I voted no less than 20 times for blue M&Ms.  My purple-supporting little brother still hasn't forgiven me for this vote fraud, convinced I swayed the vote.

They better start a www.saveourdowntown.help since there will be no downtown stadium for the foreseeable future.  I guess downtown is on its last legs since it won't have a stadium to save it.  All of this new development downtown for nothing.

The Internets get under Glorioso’s skin

Steve Glorioso, the James Carville and Karl Rove of KC, is not happy about the Internets. It’s a medium that he can’t dominate like newspaper or television. Steve’s panties are in a twist over two web sites, saveourowners.com and savekc.com, that dare to offer parody and/or dissenting views on the stadium tax issue. So Steve has jumped right into the national debate over how campaign finance laws should or shouldn’t apply to bloggers.
