Nice to see progress. I never posted these (thought I did). I like this view of the crane. My first project will be visible in both shots.

This was literally the only thing exciting about this project. I'll pass on the new cookie cutter apartment box. Yuck.
Bump for what could have been...

I was down at the Freight House Building today and took a look at this project. I didn't see any work going on and the project didn't look any more advanced than the pictures posted in February by The LastGentleman. I would think in that time frame (Feb-May), they would be further along than they seem to be. Has this project stalled? There just doesn't seem to be any progress.

Sometimes there’s a lot of workers and sometimes there’s basically nobody. I walk at lunchtime, so it’s possible I’m passing when everyone on the jobsite is gone for lunch

Three months. At least the dirt is being kept nice and tidy. Good maintenance.

a lawsuit has been filed in jackson county court that appears to reference one or more parties to this project and/or site; not sure if actually related (not being coy—casenet has been unbearably slow lately so have not bothered to click through)

Do you have full Casenet access? IE: You can view each filing, pleading, etc?

Story about the lawsuit came out today. Looks like it is regarding the residential portion of the Freighthouse Village development that Lux Living is going to take over.
Lux's suit against 3D's Tracks 215 LLC, filed Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court, accuses the developer of not meeting closing conditions for two parcels southeast of 20th and Walnut streets. Lux won approval in November to build a seven-story, 246-apartment complex, called the Freight House Village apartments, with support from incentives that 3D previously had secured for the site.

Tracks 215 (apartment building) and Tracks 215 LLC are different now. The LLC, owned by Vince Bryant, owns the site for Lux’s project. The Travks 215 apartment building is now owned and developed by Milhaus
